Menimbang    :  a.   Uraian singkat Perkara   :  Bahwa ia tersangka melakukan Tindak Pidana Illegal Logging dan Pencemaran Lingkungan sebagaimana yang dimaksud dalam Pasal 78 ayat (2) jo. Pasal 50 ayat (3) huruf a dan b UU  RI No. 41 tahun 1999 tentang Kehutanan jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP, Subsider Pasal 78 ayat (5) jo. Pasal  50 ayat (3) huruf e dan f  UU RI  No. 41 tahun 1999 tentang Kehutanan jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP dan Pasal 41 UU RI No. 23 tahun 1997 tentang Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup.
                           b.   Untuk kepentingan pemeriksaan di tingkat penyidikan yang belum selesai, dipandang perlu memperpanjang penahanan tersangka tersebut.

Mengingat      :  Pasal 14 c, 21, 24 (2) KUHAP.
